General Policies    

  1. 25% of projected total cost of the job, taken as a deposit at time job is accepted, on all jobs totaling $150 or more.
  2. Shipping and handling charges apply to the totals for those jobs that are shipped, with the handling fee consisting of 40% of the shipping cost. If shipping is to be charged to a customer-supplied shipping account, only a handling fee will be added.
  3. Balances on jobs are due within 30 days of completion. Clients will be notified when job is finished.
  4. Jobs will not be shipped or released until paid in full.
  5. Any balance left unpaid at the end of 30 days following completion will be assessed a 1.5% monthly service charge (18% per annum). If collections procedures are required, collections agency/attorneys fees will be due in addition to the uncollected balance. A charge of $20 due for any bounced check.
  6. We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
